Anmeldung fehlgeschlagen

Ich habe einen QR-Code von meiner Gemeinde bekommen. Ich habe den QR-Code gescannt. Die App hat den QR-Code nicht erkannt, deswegen habe ich den QR-Code-Scanner direkt von Apple benutzt. In der KonApp wird mir dann ein Code angezeigt, doch wenn ich diesen Bestätigen will, sagt die App „Fehler“. Außerdem ist die App auf dem neuesten Stand.
