Konciv Field

Konciv Field brings your Konciv asset register out to where the equipment actually is — industrial plants, construction sites, and anywhere else the signal drops out. Register assets, look up reference equipment, and complete checklists at the work face. Everything you do is written to the device first and uploaded when a connection returns, so poor coverage never stops the job. WORKS OFFLINE BY DESIGN • Download a project pack to keep assets, reference equipment, photos, and checklists on the device • Create and edit records with no connection at all • Work queues automatically and syncs the moment you are back online • Sync status always shows what has reached the server and what is still pending • Conflict detection flags records that changed on the server while you were offline, so no one's work is silently overwritten ASSET REGISTRATION • Search across name, serial number, tag number, and manufacturer • Filter long asset lists down to what you need • Register new assets on site and attach photos as you go • Assets created offline are given a temporary ID and reconciled with the server on upload • Suggest new values for controlled lists without leaving the field REFERENCE EQUIPMENT • Carry your calibrated instrument register with you • Look up tag names, models, manufacturers, and certificate numbers • Confirm the right instrument before recording a measurement CHECKLISTS • Complete inspection and commissioning checklists in the field • Attach photos to any step • Export a completed checklist to share it onward Konciv Field requires an existing Konciv account and signs in with your organisation's Microsoft work account.
