Terrible app
App doesn’t work
when I need to open the door, the app’s screen is frozen so I can’t and the app 9/10 times don’t work .
Consistently doesn’t work
The app barely functions, setting it up is a long winded process and the intercom function doesn’t really work. Have missed loads deliveries because the open door button never actually works and you can speak into the intercom properly.

Awful awful app
This is quite literally the worst app I’ve ever used - it’s buggy, unreliable, will quit randomly even after successfully calling an elevator, and sometimes lock you out after too many consecutive requests when none of them have succeeded.
I’m a software engineer and dream of having the time to roll a replacement for this app myself and eradicate it from the face of this earth.

Poor app
Big promises but it hardly delivers. Video intercom is hit and miss. The automatic elevator call doesn’t work.
