Fantastic coaching tool!
Saw this product mentioned in a strength and conditioning article and purchased it from the company direct. From the first time we used the reaction and speed tracking in practice my team was hooked! The data helps us coaches focus on individual performance improvement while the athletes love the instant feedback on their drills. We use speed pro for timing agility and speed drills. It works in the gym or outside. Easy to use but powerful metrics. We are able to use this in all sorts of drills ... a lot more than what we originally thought. We had an initial problem getting the sensors to work, but the support we got was friendly and helpful. We were up and working in minutes. For team coaches and trainers, this is a great product that has a future with features and improvements. We. Got their base package but needed additional sensors once we got familiar with how it worked. Love it !
