iOS integration & new design feels awesome
Really liked the feel and functionality design with this new update… i wish i had bigger storage plan to test iOS photos auto-upload… hopefully i’m able to buy more storage soon!!

Ich bin nur durch Zufall auf Koofr gestoßen, da ich einen Webspace mit WebDAV Verbindung brauchte. Hier habe ich nicht nur einen sympathischen Cloudanbieter gefunden, sondern gleichzeitig einen mit einer super Down- und Uploadrate. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kehre dank Koofr den großen Big Techs den Rücken.

Does not allow updating email address
I have a lifetime account and have been very happy until I recently moved my email to a more secure email provider than gmail and Koofr will not allow me to update my email to a new email address because I have a lifetime account. So now I am stuck with either buying a new subscription (I won’t), moving my files to a new secure provider or keeping a less secure email only for Koofr access. Suggest going with another product if you want a lifetime service.

Avoid this company
Customer service are rude. They are not helpful. Speed is the slowest I’ve seen. Please don’t spend money on it, you will regret it dearly. Worst company in cloud storage business.
Great potential, some polishing is necessary
The application will allow you to sync your files with Koofr and it works. To be a neat app, they have to improve a few points
- Remove the app from the task switcher (Cmd+Tab) if there is no native app to show.
- Include safebox encryption directly on the system

Auto upload
Auto camera upload doesn't work. I have opened the folder, disabled and re-enabled it but still not working. No issue with other cloud drive. Please fix this issue.
Allow integration with files app.
There's no integration with files app. This creates issue uploading files and moving fils. There should be som integration like what Dropbox and one drive has with the files app.
Cant upload when screen in locked
Fundamental feature is missing, the app pauses upload when the screen turns off and phone locks. Also no parallel work, the upload screen takes the full screen, you cannot browse through koofr when the upload is in progress.

Top product. Very fast, fair and favourable prices. Only the app lock is missing. Hope: Available in Koofr Vault, maybe it will come here too.

Absolute Junk Software
This deserves zero stars honestly. The auto camera upload refuses to upload past the first 7 photos. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I’m on a 1GB symmetrical line and after 9 minutes a 142MB (not gb, yes MB) file had made it to a whopping 32% upload completion. 9 minutes. Please don’t give this company your money until they fix their product. Absolute garbage offering.

no multi file copy
I want to use koofr for backup of my documents not photos. It cannot upload multiple files, neither technique works. Have to load one file at a time. It is taking a long time to load up my files. It works only when online, it doesn't hold any data about is loaded when offline. No option to overwrite files loaded. No folder for direct files app access, e.g. to copy multiple files. No confirmation check when deleting single files.

1) this app is struggling even with an update- it constantly crashes
2) it’s not even allowed in the iOS files folder section like every other cloud drive
