Worst UI/UX
It didn’t locate me to the nearest store and somehow I ordered from 10km store away. No response after complaint to its “curhat” feature. I waste my money for nothing. Absolutely won’t order from this app again.
Still Can’t Select ‘No Sugar’
Despite the recent v2.1 update, Customers still can’t select ‘No Sugar’ for Kopi Kenangan orders. I’m compelled to unnecessarily spend 15 mins queueing at the counter to order ‘No Sugar’ Kopi Kenangan, while I could’ve waited at my desk - conveniently working, if only you’ve noticed my previous comment and fixed the app.

Pembayaran gopay jadi pending terus, harusnya buka aplikasi gopay ini malah otomatisnya buka aplikasi iLotte. Email komplain ga pernah dibalas, itu yg kasih bintang 5 apaan ya?

I dont notice if the drinks I bought were only for pick up
It’s great, but please do work your UI/UX to make sure every important buttons or rules are easily to find in the 1-2 clicks. Good to have this apps on my phone
