Can’t Make An Account
I want notifications on but I have to make an account and it won’t let me..
No notifications
I have every notification possible enabled for this app, but I don’t get any push or email notifications and I never have.
Unusable as is. Can't make an account
As others have mentioned, there's no way to create an account with this app. It gives a recaptcha where there's no recaptcha to begin with. Honestly, it's the same issue with their website as well. No way to sign up, create flavor of the day notifications, etc. Please fix this!

It’s impossible to create an account. Period.

as of right now it’s impossible to make an account in order to have the flavor alerts. When you try to make an account, there’s an reCAPTCHA error, but there’s literally no way to verify the reCAPTCHA because it doesn’t exist on the tab. There is a pop up on the login screen though. The app seems genuinely good so it’s a shame nobody can use it

Idc if you have to order through the app it’s easier to use the app rather than google
Don’t use this app to order
The last two times we used this app to place our order, we chose “ASSP” as the pickup time, and at the end of the order the app and confirmation email said the order would be ready in 10 minutes. We got to the locations right around that 10-minute mark and still had to wait 20 more minutes (at Glendale on 5/31/24) and 30 more minutes (at Greenfield 6/16/24). What a waste of time. Just skip the app and order when you get there.

Stick to burgers
App does basically nothing. Online ordering doesn’t work and as a side bonus no one picks up when you call to order over the phone because online ordering is down.
No reminders
No matter how I have it set I’m not getting reminders for my favorites.
App is not what it used to be.
There was a change in the app a couple of months ago. I used to be able to customize food items. I can’t do that now like I did before. Please rectify.
