How the heck do you use a gift card with this app?
App is pointless
What is the point of ordering on the app and they give you a time that your food will be “ready” just for you to have to check in and wait for them to make your food when you arrive??? Mak it make sense?!?

I have used this multiple times and it always works perfectly for me. No more waiting for food! Not sure why there’s negative reviews, but I never have any issues
$60 worth of food
$60 worth of food and my order was missing items and all of the burgers were made incorrectly. I placed my order online and when I arrived my order was not ready. I usually have good food and service at this location I don’t know what is going on today.
Such a disappointment
So not only did I have to install a second app to place an order, but it totally crashes and empties my basket if I navigate to another app. Which means I can’t leave to check the text someone sent me with their order without losing everything else already added to the order. We love Kopp’s, but this is just awful.

Why would you create a second app just for ordering?
So now people need to install two separate apps to order from Kopp’s online? And both apps require a separate login?
