Not real Korean
-Doesn’t teach individual characters, just words
-Has predetermined “favorite” starred words that cannot be erased
-Uses a romanization system that is not one of the internationally recognized standard methods of romanizing Korean words
-Several example “words” don’t really exist in Korean, unsure if they are Chinese. E.g., 驛前(역전) is defined as “station,” but in Korean means “the front of a station.” There are MANY example words that are either not Korean or are extremely obscure. The same characters could be illustrated in example words that are very common, teaching useful daily Korean vocabulary together with the Hanja characters

Learning words help memorizing the Korean characters. 驛前(역전) DOES mean a station. It came from the Chinese word 驛站. The transliteration is for beginners to grasp the sounds of Korean easily. The so callled standard Korean romanization system is too hard and complicated. The app helps you get a hang of the language real quick.
Not enough yet
- how the word is written in 한글
- a way see all words that include the same hanja.
The whole point of learning hanja (for foreigners at least) is to make vocabulary learning easier (by learning many words with the same root), so aside from learning just how to write a hanja, the other functionalities seem pointless if not coupled with the 2 that are missing.
- now when it comes to the main functionality, the hanja is drawn too quickly when you are a beginner so you miss half of the drawing if you want to try and think ahead. I wish there was a speed setting option.
Thanks for the app

As far as how the Hangul (한글) is written, please consider my app "Learn Korean Handwriting". This app is mainly focused on Hanja (or Kanji). The Korean "root" is so different from the western language root like English or Spanish. One Korean hangul root can be interpreted to hundreds of meanings, for example "가" can refer to so many things. So it is necessary to learn the Hanja, the real root! The learning of Korean words is so different. But if you browse the whole set of hanja I listed there in the app, you can be an expert! I promise! When it comes to the writing speed, I think it's not that fast. You can press the "play" button multiple times, if you are confused. Ok, I will consider the slower speed rate in my next version. Thanks for you advice. Can I have one more star added? ^-^
