I’ve tried a handful of field service apps over the years, and most of them either overpromise or make simple tasks way too complicated. KorField Pro has been a completely different experience. It’s super easy scheduling jobs, tracking technicians, and managing customer details without needing a ton of training.
Dispatching is faster, communication is smoother, and I don’t have to chase down updates constantly. Everything is in one place, which has made a noticeable difference in our daily operations. The app runs smoothly, and we haven’t run into the glitches or slowdowns that we experienced with other platforms.
If I had to give one piece of feedback, I’d love to see even more customization options as we scale—but overall, KorField Pro delivers where it matters most.
