major problems with 2 stations in the package: TV Choson and KBS World are locking up over and over with occasional pixeling. The other channels in the package seem to be working well but the 2 channels my wife's watches most are very aggravating (in order to keep watching a program). The problems with these 2 channels seem to be getting worse. She can exit the channel being watched and when she calls it back up it is no longer locked up and is working as expected......NOT good

Emailed KORTV many times about KBS WORLD not loading…never received any response. IF IT DOESN’T WORK OR WAS REPLACED, THEN REMOVE THE #$&% KBS WORLD ICON FROM THE KORTV WEBSITE.
Can’t use this app
Unfortunately for 3 days now I’ve been unable to use this app and it’s quite sad considering this is my only way of watching kcontent. Please sort this asap
KBS is not working
I have 1 year Abo but the KBS World hasn’t been uploading for more the almost 2 weeks now.
Also a lot of repetition in dramas. The reality shows are so similar and the non stop comments are so similar and boring.

Worst app
Please don’t install this app, it is worst, it drains all ur battery health 🤬🤬🤬 my iPhone 14 after 8 months it drains 100 to 90% . After I deleted my battery health is good and backup 😇
Can’t get KBS World to work
Any ideas on getting KBS world to work would be greatly appreciated
KOR TV app
The app at least monthly is not allowing my subscription to deliver the programs on my Apple TV cube. This has been a recurring problem. I miss weeks of programs and no one to help resolve the issue
KBS World is not working
I’m paying $19.99 a month to watch KORTV channels and every gold channels work except for KBS world
Not as advertised
The $9.99 silver plan says you are supposed to get 15 channels “including KBS World24, MBN, Arirang TV, and Yonhap News TV.” When I upgraded to the silver plan, I only got 2 channels (TV Chosun and KMC). All other channels prompt me to upgrade to the more expensive gold plan.
KBS World Channel Doesn’t Work
I paid for the premium channels package twice in attempt to get the KBS World channel. I received a “Something went wrong” dialog message every time I attempted to open the channel. I contacted KORTV in order to resolve. I have been very disappointed that KORTV has not responded to my request to resolve the issue. The KBS World channel has not work even though I subscribed to the channel twice.

No Option to reset username
Passwords are easy for me. But with a zillion apps with various parameters for usernames I often forget what username is required for what app.
