RUN YOUR BUSINESS • See the active business, your role and storefront status at a glance • Switch between approved businesses without losing context • Set a restaurant or shop to Open, Busy or Closed • Use layouts designed for both phones and counter tablets HANDLE ORDERS • Receive clear new-order alerts • Review items and fulfilment details before accepting • Accept, prepare and mark orders ready • Reject safely with a required customer-visible reason • Follow each hand-off from merchant to Kose courier to completion CATALOGUE AND AVAILABILITY • Maintain restaurant menus and shop product catalogues • Update photos, prices, categories and item availability • Keep customers informed when products are out of stock TEAM AND ACCESS • Work with named Owner, Operator, Manager and Finance roles • Give staff access appropriate to their responsibilities • Keep the business owner and account details visible in My Account EARNINGS AND RECORDS • View earnings summaries and transaction context • Access payouts, invoices and receipts from the business workspace START THE RIGHT BUSINESS Apply for a Restaurant on Kose Eats, a Shop on Kose Shop, a Pharmacy on Kose Rx, or a Kose Pro services profile.
