Still needs to fix bugs
To set up The profile was very difficult, either the background was white and so was the font or the background was black and the font was a dark color so I couldn’t even see anything. I just started pressing stuff on my phone to finally get somewhere, it was invisible.Trying to upload a picture and they are all blurry for some reason? I’ve been approved, but Doesn’t seem worth it to make a account with all these issues.

Great and Innovative App
Very easy and affordable! I picked a good legal counselor and he was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Way cheaper than going to an actual law firm for a consultation.

I like the app, it’s easy to use and you find real and licensed professionals in there. Its up to you to decide which counselor fits you best
Not a good app, not a good team
A handful of the professionals profiles are fake and over 100+ fake reviews as well. I counted. They couldn’t even change the ‘reviewers’ names to mask that they are fake. App was launched ***way*** too soon. They don’t vet the providers, just verify they have a license and let them join. Refused to attempt enhancements for those with disabilities.

It will help us investigate and look into the issue further. we are trying hard to make Kounsel more user-friendly for everyone including people with disabilities and, we will continue to address issues regarding this in future releases.
