Crews log hours right in the app — weekly days worked plus overtime by jobsite — and the office approves from one screen. Time-off requests can now be reviewed by supervisors too. Job notes and checklists appear in your language (Spanish and Portuguese), with the original English underneath. Schedulers assign work to people directly, with up to three stops per day. The common-task list is managed by the office — no update needed to add new ones.
