Horrible app just like the hospital. To many bugs and absolutely no customer support. I only use this because I have to.

Direct deposit

Everything in this app works perfectly but the only thing they need to do is making it direct deposit or have a routing number n account so it can be easy,with out it takes couple of days till your money is transfer to your account, I hope they can do something about it?

Horrible service

Top to bottom, some of the worst customer service you can receive. Your employees are lazy, incompetent and apathetic to their patients and customers. I cannot wait to switch from Kaiser to another provider during open enrollment.

9 days is Way Too long for funds to clear

Why do I have to wait 9 days after you receive the funds from my bank via ACH to have them clear and be available?? Ridiculous

Needs improvements

We’re unable to add, remove, replace old attachments to a claim. It makes it difficult to properly attach and organize the requested documents. We’re also unable to edit claims. It’s difficult to ensure everything is accurate. Also, can’t see if miles were added in a previous claim.

Kaiser and FSA accounts

Kaiser will not use your FSA first for payments. You have to watch them carefully. It’s like they are playing a game with you to try to keep that money because they know it does not roll over or get refunded. When I have time I am going to file a complaint with their regulator. If you are also having this problem I encourage you to file a complaint as well. Stop the grift!
