An iOS application through which any government servant of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa can be logged in using Personal number & CNIC to view and interact with sub-application like Activity tracker, file tracking etc. Key Features View their Service History, approx. service duration To check if their retirement case is initiated or not i) Activity Tracker They can view the tasks assigned to them by their superiors and they can complete tasks within its due date Provide a report on dashboard regarding completed task vs pending tasks, total tasks assigned to them with respect to task type i.e. common task, special task, and tasks which are overdue At the bottom it provide a list of all tasks with their estimated time remaining to complete that task, and a label represent that this task has been completed before due date, after due date and on due date In detail view of task there is timer added that continuously tells user the weeks, days etc. remaining to complete this task. It also provide comments and send attachments in comment regarding that task and can view the attachments attached to that task at the time of creation ii) File tracking In this app they can view all the pending files of their department Further it can also shows section wise pendency of that department A detail view where list shows all files with their subject, file type, no. of days and from which department and from which section it comes
