Hi I’m terribly sorry that is your experience. Did you allow the app to send you notifications? The entire purpose of the app is to send you push notifications, either when the KP value is above a threshold of your choosing, and/or once per hour. I have many customers on both Android and iOS that are very satisfied with the app. Could you make sure notifications are enabled? You may have to go in to Settings on your iPhone. Do you often use Power saver mode on your device?
