You don’t get what you pay for
This app is absolutely useless and the developers are non existent. The lack of support for the app has been reported to Apple as the app should not be on here if it no longer works. Don’t wast your time and money on the camera or the app.

Ya offer all that works we buy dash cams now we can't even use our old cameras I've sent capture few emails this joke why sell sumfin if ya gunna take away the way to use the app not on

Support was really good. Fixed ios problem. Turn to flight mode and make sure choosing correct network in the app.

Since there is now wifi assist in new update with iOS which allows you to still use your cellular service at the same time. I turned of cellular connection so wifi was only available. Worked. Make sure you change the name of the camera in the app as well. For example came up with KPT850- but had to add the KPT850-51e8a which is what it was in wifi settings when connected.

NEVER SINCRONIZES
Rubbish app and camera. NEVER BUY A KAPTURE AGAIN. STINKS…..
It can connect
It's November 2023 and i got my iphone to connect. But i had to turn off mobile data while it was connecting, then turn it back on again. Not ideal but it works. I otherwise like this product.
No phone connection
I have tried on numerous occasions to get this app to connect to my phone. Used to work but then stopped. Have tried uninstalling, forgetting on wi-fi, reinstalling, nothing works. Very disappointing.
Fix the app issue!!
What’s the point of having a dash cam if you can’t access in the app that it requires???
Won’t connect
The App won’t connect to the camera no matter what you try. I suspect that it isn’t comparable with IOS16 which is very poor.

No update in 3 years. Doesn’t connect to my car. Even before then the gps has randomly broken 3 times. Would never recommend this to anyone. Do not buy a product from these people.

There is no support or updates to run the camera. Do buy these cameras. Contacted support several times and informed update was coming. Not true.
Can no longer connect
Not sure when I lost the ability to connect - maybe 6 months ago? - but I’m on ios 15, and can’t connect to the wifi.

No support, don’t waste your money
Cleary there’s an issue with the app, which is required to adjust anything and everything about the camera, inoperable for many IOS updated now and no sign of any attempt to address. The poor grammar in the app description is probably sufficient warning to steer clear. I will be spending my money on an alternative brand that reviews show, provides ongoing support.

Doesn’t connect with iOS updates
This camera is now useless. As the software isn’t updated with each iOS update I essentially have to throw the camera away and start again. Like others all over the internet, I can not connect to the camera
