App doesn’t work
We can’t even get past the login screen it won’t let us create a username and password. So frustrating have tried deleting and re downloading the app a number of times and still won’t go past the login point. Please fix so we can use the app!

Downloaded the app, have set it up. I get the notifications sometimes, but will not allow to mark them as done. They the notifications keep coming through

Wish this app would do what is advertised, gets to load screen to create a username and won’t go further than that. Could have been a great concept but just doesn’t work :/

Krabooz app waste of time
App could be so good, misses the mark half the functionality isn’t there have tried several times and no alertz, no reminders no thermostat like shows on the App Store picture. Shop option tells me not in my location (Australia) even though I’m in Australia, follow the links to the online shop from the app and can get to that. Don’t waste your time with this app!

I downloaded it and I settled my hermit crabs in and pressed the alert done button and nothing happened and it didn’t work!

None of their habitats are safe
Hermit crabs need a tropical beach like environment to live in. At least a 20 gallon tank and 6 inches of sand to dig in. They need 85 degree temperatures and 85 percent humidity. They need a freshwater pool and saltwater pool deep enough that they can be fully submerged. None of what krabooz sells provides this for them.

Doesn’t work
I can’t even get past the setup stage. Asks for a user name then won’t do anything. I go back and try again and tells me the username has already been used. We now have 4 or 5 usernames we can’t use.

App doesn’t work at all fix it or pull it from the store. Tried on a couple devices and same result.
