What’s the use?
There really isn’t any point of the app. Using the app to place your order still doesn’t mean you will get it in a timely manner or at all. You may as well just go in person stand in line and place your own order get charged extra 3% to pay them and then get up and get your own drinks refills and still be asked to tip for service you never receive because you do most of their work. Then maybe half your order will come out while other people at the table wait 15 minutes for theirs. Makes you miss Felix
