Doesn’t work
I have tried numerous times just to start the app and it reads an error. I can’t get past the phone number screen.

This is the best ride share I’ve used. They contacted me prior to my ride to confirm my details and help me out with my own mistake. Our drivers were knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend them to families!

Been using KreweCar for 2.5 years now and they are great!
Great drivers, safe car seats, and despite the app sometimes having some issues the customer service helps within minutes!

Will use again
My driver to and from MSY airport was Thad. He was quite friendly and super helpful on giving ideas on what to do on my trip with my 3 year old.
Initially I didn’t want to use the app because I thought they were expensive but I had no choice because I didn’t want to go through the hassle of renting a car.
The car seat that was in Thad’s car was great. Great condition, didn’t look like 100 kids have previously sat in it - it was clean.
His car was roomy and clean.
My only reason for not giving 5 stars - before I arrived to MSY, I left a message for Thad. Thad responded unbeknownst to me. I got up the car share area thinking he didn’t respond when he did. The app doesn’t provide notification when the driver responds.

this is a great, well-priced service.
our driver, tyrone, was not only on time but even called to let me know exactly where he was parked at the airport. that was very much appreciated as we’re here on vacation.
he was also very personable and friendly and we enjoyed talking to him.
we’ll be using KreweCar again, for sure.
