It’s Great
I like the game a lot, but could you make the combat circle display both attack and defence in vertical orientation? Also, you can capture arsenals with relays. Anyways, it’s a very good game. Highly recommend.
Thank you
I’ve been enjoying the game for a few years now and finally getting around to writing a review. Took me a while to understand the gameplay mechanics but a fun strategy game to play!
line of communication fails to show
Line of communication fails to show in grids far from its origins, while the “invisible line” still functions.
Single player really doesn’t work…
If you play it long enough (at least on a cell), it doesn’t work. It stops attacking. Nothing can be moved. Everything just sits around blinking and you can’t do anything not tells you anything. I wonder if the developer has tried playing a single player practice? Too bad. I thought this would be good. It looks good but that is where it stops. Still looking for a good strategy single player game. A good idea done poorly. Deleted and still looking. Right now Pixel Pro Baseball is good. Adios amigo!

Great
Please add difficulties to offline mode
Amazing
Prof. Galloway is awesome for doing this. I’ve also read some of his translations of French philosophical work — always exquisite.

This game has a ton of potential, can’t wait for more updates
Absolutely amazing
Great game
10/10
Good strategy game to play with friends, you can make custom formations and use all sorts of strategies. No annoying ads either
Review
Hate this I’ve tried the tutorial and also the attack maneuvers it shows me, I can’t attack?? I try clicking and doing everything but it doesn’t work
Amazing Game: Keep up the good work
This game is super fun and amazing. The mechanics take time to grasp but it is super fun for me! There should be more open maps and strategies to use. Additionally, more players should be able to play together. Great idea and Keep up the good work!
3-Stars until harder AI
Kriegspiel is a refreshing take on the turn-based strategy franchise, building around the combined geometry of individual models. The flow is steady and deliberate, and conflict resolves in satisfying ways. Unfortunately, with the AI limited to easy, and the multiplayer being non-existant, the challenge wears off the moment you learn how to win. Please make harder AI, or the game will not be fun

Fantastic game; Lots of Potential
TL;DR: great game, worth the download, needs better AI.
Love how polished and clean everything looks. Clearly has had a lot of work put into it. Gameplay is pretty straight forward (tactics is a different story 😅). My only issue is that the AI in single player is quite dumb. Good enough to learn the game and for those struggling, but after about two to four games there isn’t any point to keep playing the AI. This wouldn’t be an issue if there was a ton of online people playing, but there just isn’t. I know the dev mentioned in someone else’s review that they are working on harder AI, so if they do, then this game will get a definite five stars.

Wish you could play harder AI
This game seems right up my alley but you only get challenged if you play against someone else and on someone else’s timeline. I wish there was a harder difficulty available when playing against the app
Bro stop
i hate this game i uninstall but it still send me notification
Great
Awesome game maybe later down the line u could release a game where units have more freedom to move and implement more types of forests and hills that effect stats similar to the tabletop Kriegspiel war games
Still learning, enjoying a lot!
I have been really enjoying this game and learning the mechanics. So far I have only played the computer as I don’t usually have time for an online. I really wish there was more difficult AI to play against! I’m also trying to convince my friends to play this with me.
super addicting!
incredibly simple and easy to learn, yet incorporates lots of strategy. the graphics enhance the experience imho. my only two complaints are that nobody ever seems to be online to play and the practice bot is waaay too easy. also it would be nice to have a board editor to make your own scenarios or recreate historical battles

The Classic Strategy Boardgame.
Great UI, if only every tablet game were this clean and uncluttered!
Players simulate Napoleonic tactics with cavalry, infantry, and artillery. No dice. it’s somewhere between chess/shogi and an entry level wargame. It really teaches you the importance of combined arms tactics, and even more so the importance of keeping open clean lines of command back to your HQ.… units that’s are out of command become easy prey for the enemy.
It’s very clean and intuitive gameplay, but deep. The AI is fairly weak, and playing it you will feel like Napoleon versus the Austrians, but it’s good enough to teach you the basics.
If I had one request to the developer, it would be nice if we had a couple of alternate maps to play on, although I realize getting one just right must take a lot of work. Also, the tutorial could use some explanation of retreat.
