I wish I would have looked at the ratings before I purchased. You have to purchase before you can check to see if you can port your number. I think these are scammers, stealing $15 at a time. Shortly after the purchase i attrmpted toseek assistance yhrought the app. The live assistance were suddenly not eorking.

Telephone Calls Work
Telephone works. But I struggle with sending SMS messages and sending attachments and links. So it doesn’t really replace a cell phone.
So I don’t recommend it until they fix the texting. And they told me they could fix it, but it cost me a huge amount of money. By upgrading. So for that reason, I don’t recommend it.

This App is a Terrible Experience
I feel robbed of $39 and have not used it not once for a single message! It forces you to pay $24 for the local Kenyan number, then tell you that you need a local address with the ID in order to use the number! There’s no refund. The app fails on many levels but most of all it is not intuitive. Gosh I got suckered!

Great software if it wasn’t so buggy
I really want to love this software but there’s still a lot of bugs they need to figure out.
Sometimes the audio doesn’t work when a call is answered on the phone. Sometimes it doesn’t let you stay logged into both mobile and desktop at the same time. It constantly logs you out of the mobile app, then it doesn’t autofill the login with password manager and it always requires 2 factor authentication.
There’s definitely a lot of great features and when it works, it’s an awesome software. Just needs some work.

Don’t do what I did
Don’t sign up and pay money because you won’t get it back. The user interface is klunky and not user friendly.
Wrong Advertising
It’s advertised that you can receive OTP/OTVCs with this platform, but then get told it depends on the company policies if they accept the number or not. Paid money due to false advertising and still cannot receive an OTVC. And no way to get a refund apparently.

Avoid them- I have tried for months to close my account and was ignored only to see a deduction of the subscription from my credit card

Don’t waste your money, I paid for the service $15, then purchased a phone number $21. I got a receipt for both, however in the system while it showed I purchased a phone number, it didn’t assign it to me. Furthermore it wasn’t even the phone number I selected.

Save yourself the headache and find someone else. This place is nothing but a scam.

Very poor customer service
Phone service was good but customer service is poor, credit balance as a top up in my account is not refunded and not sure if it's going to stay for me to use in the future. I may not come back with my current experience and will not recommend anyone I know as you guys ask customers to read fine print on the site instead of explaining before signing up for your service. I had a family emergency and had to rush back home , do you expect me to board the flight or keep reading your fine prints to understand your business? Keep your self in customers shoes before you offer any services, every customer is not the same and every one using your service is not on a pleasure trip. I am not being rude but this is my personal experience with your company.
