Used the app to order our food. Took literally 2 minutes to order and pay for as it remembered what I ordered last time.

Food is great but when it says an hour for food and u order at 4:20 pm u expect it to be in an hour seems to be always waiting 30 mins extra!!
Absolutely shocking!
Took well over an hour to make 2 wraps then the person on the phone made excuses in which I explained this is unacceptable. When ordering the app said 20 minutes then when completing the order the time changed to 60 minutes.
Already had a past bad experience with the franchise previously honestly really bad and the excuses were also shocking!

But when the site shows 10% or 15% off, it never deducts so I always end up paying full price. I can’t even contact food hub, the live chat doesn’t work for me

Far to difficult to get any info took me half an hour just to find out the mimumorder cost for delivery ridiculous? I will use just eat next time this is a ball ache!

I ordered, more than two hours of waiting and no food yet, can’t communicate with the restaurant because they are not answering my 30 calls. They charged my account so seems I have to drive to them which makes the app a useless service.
