Crashes 9/10 times
Rarely works. With every iOS update the app crashes. Also, periodically the app does not refresh profile fetching and order real time progress. My guess is Krispy Pizza is wasting money on the company/team that develops for them. Use website for better chance at ordering online.
Dry and stale pizza. Horrible customer service.
Horrible customer service. App doesn’t work well and they did not like that I was 1.8 mile away from them because they accept 1 mile. They charged me 3 dollars under the tip fee because it was over 1 mile. It takes them 11 mins on a bike and 12 mins in a car to get there. The woman over the phone was rude.
Then the pizza was dry and stale. False advertisement on Instagram. Won’t be buying from them.

We order pizza 2/3 times a month from Krispy in freehold and are never let down, they always deliver hot pizza and there amazing flavors satisfy us every time!
