Love what app does for the user
This app is great for SRF followers and practitioners. I highly recommend this app as a good starting resource for all practitioners. What this app provides is a way to form habits by allowing the user to record different exercises and routine in the app on a daily basis. For every activity, there is a timer designed as well which the user can play/pause/re-start and save when ended. App is intelligently designed to not introduce distractions for the user by varied colors, bells, and whistles but allow usage of the app exactly what it’s been designed for.
I’d love to see one improvement in the app. I was searching for a way to understand the statistics throughout the month or year. It took me few clicks and deep dive to understand that when a user clicks on any given weekday for a specific exercise, the page takes the user to the detailed page showing all 365 days categorized by month. I’d love to see the historical stats related feature as its own tab or lesser clicks away.
