Notification for important circulars
The app doesn’t send notifications regarding important circulars on notice boards unlike check in and check out notifications. This makes it hard for parents to be updated with all recent communications.

Awful UX choice
This app is designed to be as unhelpful and aggravating as possible when you are simply trying to use it to make sure your kid is ready to board the bus or send a message to the school.
They keep harassing you about “Notifications” - you can’t possibly decline notifications according to the makers of the app.
They’d rather force their choices on you than let you reach the screen you want upfront.
I hate this app and would never use it if my kid’s school weren’t forcing us to. Yuck.

Notifications are always marked as unread despite read
Not compatible with iPhone XS Max, despite reading the notification or message, it will be still marked as unread though manually marked as Read. This makes very difficult to understand which are yet to read.

Hi there, there is a new update in the app, now when you click on the message in notification center, it will automatically get marked as read
