Really disappointed
I lost $85 because without notice they went out of business and there is no way of contacting them. Mail undeliverable and phone number not in service. It should be illegal not notifying customers
Is this app deleted.

I have used Krome for years. I have money in a Krome account but I can’t get into the app. I have asked for help on the Facebook site and I have sent a message to Krome. I haven’t had any response from Krome.

This app no longer works and it would’ve been nice had the creators informed their app users of this. This app was so convenient and no nothing! What a disappointment!

I got scammed
I had been a loyal subscriber paying a monthly fee for credits for almost 3 years. I had several unused credits equaling $70+ and the app shut down and now I don’t get my photos edited and no refunds. Super disappointing.
No replay from support
I placed an order last on June 26th and today is July 4th and it still says order in progress. I had sent 4 emails to support and no one replays. They took my money $14.99 but they haven’t complete my order or replay to my emails. I also have a membership with them where I put 10 dollars as credit every month so right now I got like 180 dollars worth of credit that I will be asking for a refund since their service now is very bad. I being with them over 5 years and spent a lot of money on this app so very sad they are treating me like this.
