Unfair inaccurate has no point
Never plays Denver games. Yesterdays news tomorrow. 0 coverage of Native American issues. The advertisements are of a quality that could be accomplished by a high schooler in yearbook class. Pure trash.
Great news app
I think I’ve had this app from the beginning- visit it daily for one of my sources for news. Easy to use and put together very well. Also love the weather app from KRTV as well!

I agree with chuck McLeod from a year ago. You need to keep it updated all day long. Give some hours back to those super individuals who have been working so hard during this pandemic.

Appears to be fixed and a ready to use, on-the-go news app. Fingers crossed it doesn’t get neglected again.
I would give it less stars if I could.
If their intent was to make it harder to find local news, they knocked it out of the park. Unfortunately I don’t think that is the app the rest of us want. I’d rather do without a news app than use this junk.

Well, I am glad to edit my previous review since KRTV’s app designers listened to feedback and today have made some really good changes to the previous changes.
We’re now back to local and state top stories upon opening the app. There are some national stories but not dominant.
It’s also a more visually attractive app. Well done, KRTV.

Not impressed.
This proves change is not always to our benefit. I have other apps for national news and miss the app that was all local. Can we go back to the way it used to be?? Not a fan.

First two and a half words of headline isn’t enough to tell what article is about... (That’s all that appears on my smartphone...) Not going to go thru all the garbage to read what should be the LOCAL News...
Local news should show first
Being a LOCAL news app, local news should show first without having to go through a menu. You might as well just use the web site. It looks almost identical and does show local first.

Step Back
This app no longer functions well for local news. You have to weed through national and international news to find the local news. When I did open a local news story you could not read the pertinent information. The old app functioned much better!
No longer local news
There was very little about Montana in the news, and nothing about Great Falls and you couldn’t read the story that was in there it was cut up. ( The compliance story)
Those of us who don’t live at home like to look at the KRTV station and see local news NOT national news that is on every other channel so you are no longer unique you are a carbon copy of everyone else. I’m sad. So I definitely don’t want you on my device.

Lousy App
The old KRTV app was good. This one is 3 steps backward. content reads like the National Enquirer.
Time Machine
This app feels like a huge set back for KRTV. The old app seemed to more fluid with local news. It was updated and easy to use. When I open this app, I feel like I just flipped open my Motorola Razor, opened the internet and started reading the news with this messy, busy app. Hope you guys make some good changes soon.
