Disappointed this time
Really disappointed tonight, decided to spend a bit more money with my order this time as the previous orders have been so nice. Tonights was awful, cold burger absolutely slathered in so much sauce the bun was wet through, and no salad (asked for tomato and red onion) it had to go in the bin.
All the food was cold. The chips were cold and barely cooked. The wrap again was wet through and all falling apart, last time it was lovely hot, toasted wrap wrapped up properly with a little sauce and full of salad with the chicken strips- this time was just wet, cold and soggy and no salad just a mountain of cold wet sauce all pouring out.
Feel like we wasted our money.
Dont know what happened, the last few times everything was hot and well cooked, crispy and presented nicely.
Might try just one more time but I think if it was like this again we’d probably stop ordering 😔
