Sync funktioniert nicht von alleine
Ich bin den ganzen Tag mit dem Laufband während der Arbeit gelaufen. Dann Gerät ausgestellt. Abends am Handy stehen 0 Schritte. Ich mache das Gerät an. Aktiv Synchronisieren kann man nicht. Aktivität nicht protokolliert. Schade…
Can do better
Connects to walking pad. However reliability is questionable. (This has changed to it stopping recording exercise data onto my iPhone). So to record my exercise sessions I have to manually select on my Apple Watch an Indoor walk.
Another issue is this has access to health data on my iPhone. I have a set of scales that record the data onto the health app. However I have to manually enter my latest weight records.
Why is this getting steadily worse?
It seems to be inept of the software!!!

Приложение нормальное, но хотелось бы добавить одну функцию чтоб приложение учитывало только мою ходьбу а не всех кто ходит по дорожке. Если можно сделать персонализацию то будет отлично. И еще почему то у меня не работает функция учета пульса с эпл вотч.
Перестало работать приложение и на телефоне и на часах постоянно пишет что б я подождала или отключила на 5 минут но ничего не помогает . Почините приложение пожалуйста

Useless App
The app is totally useless and fails to wake up the WalkingPad. Then when its awake it had difficulty connecting. Getting this thing to connect is always a 5 min process of starting, attempting to connect, restarting - absolutely ridiculous. Good luck using this thing without the remote.
Schlechter geworden mit Apple Health
Eigentlich war ich richtig zufrieden aber seit einiger Zeit werden meine Trainings nur teilweise zu Apple Health übertragen. Wenn man die KS Fit mehrmals schließt und wieder öffnet kann es sein das sie dann erscheinen. Es wäre toll wenn ich einen Bitton hätte zum erneuten übertragen so fehlen mir wichtige Trainings in Apple Health und das mit einem Hochpreisigen Laufband sollte so nicht sein

Sync issues
The app isn’t able to sync properly with the device if not always left open and active. Also steps are not reporter properly into Health app.
If you pause your run and start again you’ll miss on a big chunk of the steps done after that pause.
And now it’s been 2 days that I can’t get the app synchronized with the device.
Shouldn’t be rocket science to fix.

Bitte Apple Health Integration
Die App funktioniert an sich, mir fehlt aber die volle Integration der Trainingsdaten in Apple Health
Mileage not reported.
I frequently have the mileage I walk not reported to the corresponding activity it logs in Apple Health. It reports the time and steps correctly, but frequently it doesn’t report the mileage. I’ve also noticed that if you start a workout with your Apple Watch and use the app, double reporting of activity happens.
Another thing I noticed, unrelated to app function, there are also visible non English characters in the app, which makes it look suspicious.

Smart Watch
When can I add my smart watch to this app. It appears to not work.
Really terrible app
Buyers regret - I should have looked at the software before buying the walking pad. The app consistently fails to connect to the app watch, it reads steps really wrong, writes to health kit incorrectly - who developed this app? It’s atrocious.
Great with one exception
Works great. Pairs with walking pad and Apple health. Wish it had a pause function rather than stopping a walk altogether.

App randomly logged me out and trying to log in or regain access to my account just doesn’t work which renders my walking pad useless. Garbage.
Please add data reset option
I recently bought a new treadmill and wanted to start tracking my progress from zero. Unfortunately, there is no option in the app to reset or delete total distance data.
Previously, this account was used on another treadmill by more than one person, so the statistics are not accurate for me anymore. I also tried to delete my account and create a new one, but there is no such option available.
Please consider adding a data reset or account deletion feature. It would really improve the user experience.

Facile à connecter, fonctionne bien. Cependant petit bémol concernant le comptage des pas dans l’application santé.
Une partie seulement des pas sont comptés dans l’application santé de manière automatique.
Cela rend le compte des pas à la journée impossible à suivre.
Si je fais par exemple 5000 pas sur le tapis je vais avoir 2800 pas dans l’application santé
