Old app have never been updated
Acts like it’s from the 2000’s. Hardly ever lets me login .
Won’t even let me login
Screen is just stuck perpetually at the loading sunflower screen, won’t give an option to input username or password to actually login, frustrating and broken.
App keeps crashing
Also gets stuck on the loading screen

Stops working every now and then
For the past week i havent been able to open the app to check my bank. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt. I would love to be able to check my balance or do anything.
Poor App
The app constantly closes and has login issues. The app is lousy. Cannot use it while overseas.
App does not work correctly
After the last update, I am consistently stuck in login limbo where it’s attempting a login, but it sure isn’t getting through. I also have to put in my information manually every week versus being able to use my easy log on (ie finger print or facial recognition). It would also be nice to see pending checks as well.

What happened to 4.5.1?
If this app would remove the pop-up asking me to download the latest update 4.5.1, I’d be extremely happy. Not only is there no 4.5.1 listed in the update history, but I currently have the 4.5.2 update on my phone. Addressing this every time I login is highly annoying.
Deposit information
It would be nice to see pending deposits.

Everything works great! I can easily view my accounts and make mobile deposits. Great app!
System unavailable
Continuously getting system unavailable error. I maybe get through the login 1 out of 4 times then crashes and right back to the start

This app is awesome. It does everything I need it to. It surprisingly has more features than expected.
I feel, though, that it's a bit bulky; especially in its opening screen. I also feel that it could be edited so that it opens faster. Overall, great app and useful for us as we use Kansas State Bank.

Fast and smooth
I have enjoyed using this app a lot. This is a lot more efficient than my other bank a app. This app gives you the benefits of using a whole website, with the ease of mobile applications.
It has been working for me
I just use it to check my balance and a quick look at my recent transactions. Also go Ksu wildcats!!!
Decent
Pretty good when you can get it to login. For whatever reason half of the time it tells me my login is invalid even though I type in the same thing every time. It also takes FOREVER to load, quicker to go to the mobile site. When it works, it works good! Minor improvements could make it a great app. Mobile deposits and alerts (low balance, daily balance, deposits) would be a great addition as well!
