Why is it not showing FD details. also the Pin entry dialpad could be placed bit lower in screen

Currently there is an option of enabling fingerprint authentication login, but fingerprint is not available in iPhones. Please add the feature of biometric authentication login so that login can be done using Face ID.
Credit card support has stopped working, it was fine last month.
I was able to make a credit card payment through the KSFE Power App last month, but today it's showing that credit card payments are not supported. What's the reason for this change?

I have transactions in different branches most of them received my PAN but the app not found my details including my sugama account. Whenever I try to make a request App shows the branch not found, where goes the branch? Never found my chits in My chits section, no guidelines to add manually customer details. For what purpose it introduced with big publicity? Worst, waste, waste….

Doesn’t work on WI-FI network
I had trouble in opening the app many times as it doesn’t work on Wi-Fi networks. When data is turned on, it does the job.

When I get an OTP, there is no provision to minimise the keypad. The verify button lies below the keypad. I couldn’t use the app.
