Degrading quality of milk and pathetic customer service
The brand has now lost all its credibility and quality. The milk tastes synthetic and buffalo milk is slightly yellow in color that shouldn’t be. On top of this, they have missed to deliver the milk on time so many days and then there is no customer support.
They are the worst in service
It’s just 5 days since I subscribed they already have goofed up 3 times!!! Don’t even bother to look at these guys.
Very poor service
The service is v poor & without any intimation delivery is not done when asked The company person threatens if not happy “ bandh kar do” shows high erogance if the company
Quality is very poor now
The quality for the milk is significantly poor now and they are not even responding to my message since I have paused my subscription and asked a few questions from them. The taste of the milk now seems to be synthetic and the slight yellowness that you associate with pure cow milk is completely missing.
