When I open the app it just shows an all blue tint
WTH
When I try to open the app, the screen just goes black, I wait for several seconds. nothing. This needs to be fixed! 🙄🙄🙄

How to do it.
Open the app click sign up, Put ur email address (Yahoo, Gmail etc..) a code should send to the email. So go to your email you put in to receive it.
An email with the name KSPIZE should be on there. Read the code( The Numbers) go back to the app put the numbers in. Then create a password. It’s gonna ask to track and allow notifications and all that stuff u could click allow or don’t allow your choice. After all of that you should see add device.
By doing this your adding your led lights to your phone not sure but there should be a scan option with the symbols [_] and the big white box that connects the led lights they provide you scan the bar code(Not sure if it’s called that) ON THE BACK should send you to another app called HAPPY LIGHTING download and your good to go.
Also I thought the kspize app would affect the happy lighting app but it didn’t so after you make sure the HappyLighting is actually working for your led light u can delete the KSPIZE app.

the app is fine, yall just dont know to work it. first, when u open the app it should give u the option to add a device, press that. if u have led strip light like me, look at the big white box that the lights are connected to, and on the back the should be a scannable code. at the top right corner of your screen there should be a icon ( a square w/ a horizontal line splitting it in half) then u scan the code. this will redirect u to the app compatible w/ your lights. ur welcome 😘😌

i tried connecting it but this Bluetooth thing won’t connect I tried many ways but still doesn’t work don’t recommend this app
