Why do I have to create an account and log onto listen to a stupid bias local free radio station?? You could be way better! You should try!!
Audio Stream woes
The app used to work fine. I would tune in to listen to KSL or to catch a game. Now the stream stops every few minutes. Very frustrating and annoying when in the middle of a game where you end up missing plays due to app issues. Tried the stream from Safari but that cuts out if the screen goes off. I hope you fix the streaming issues. A radio app really has one main purpose and right now you are failing.

App keeps quitting for no reason
The best way to listen to KSL news radio is by your radio. The app is junk. It consistently quits for no reason at all and then you have to restart the app to get it to work again. This seems to happen about every 10 minutes.

Okay and buggy
Was forced to download the app to listen to the radio. Can’t on browser anymore for whatever reason. Ads are pointless. At least I can listen without the app open on the main screen but it will randomly stop and I have to reload and watch another ad. Cmon be better!

Never connects.
This is a great app if you like, watching the little circle in the middle of the screen, go round and round and round and round and round and round, forever
Connection Issues
It cuts out frequently and/or pauses so you have to keep pushing play or kill the app and restart it.
Too Much Information
Please explain why you need my name, birthdate and gender in order to listen to your app and give your advertisers a larger audience. These are invasive questions for the service being rendered. I can not imagine why they are necessary. No thanks!

Why does everyone and their dog require you to make a account and create a password for EVERYTHING!!! Your just a stupid radio station. App deleted!!
Required Registration
I’m not sure I understand how registering for radio will enhance my user experience. How is my birthdate or gender relevant?

This is a great news station, my go to when there is breaking news, and the talk shows are very good and no screaming at each other

Long ads
The super long ads before I get to listen to the radio make me crazy. I will already listen to ads while the radio is playing. Why do you make me wait so long to finally hear the radio station?
Why so left?
When did ksl news get so woke and left leaning. I listened to this station for years but I’m definitely done. The influence from the left is so blatant that I just can’t take them seriously anymore.
Radio is useless. Awful customer experience
The radio just randomly cuts out all the time. Fine, not a big deal, I’ll just open the app and hit the play button again, except the radio is now frozen and I can’t hit the play button. So now I need to kill the app, then I reopen the app and push play on the radio, but then I have to sit through a 30 second ad before the radio starts up again. I’m listening to more ads than I am the KSL radio. Terrible user Experience.

This doesn’t work past 5 mins. Constantly crashes.
Several ads don’t belong
I understand the need to have ad revenue during the live programs. However the ads break in during middle of conversation or interviews, and some ads are for agencies and organizations out of state, like ads for some New Mexico Health insurance, or an El Paso nursing school. I’d rather listen directly from radio where possible

Terrible app stops working all the time
This is the worse app. I am tying to listen to the radio or conference and it stops frequently and if my screen turns off it stops playing so it wastes battery. I would have expected batter
Seconds before quitting
I launch the app, listen to a short sponsored ad, a second or two of news, and then the app quits.
