Tracks are back!
The storm tracks missing from the app & from the KSLA web site are back! Yay!! Thank you! Wish when open app it opened to the custom map I used before closing app, as it once did. Am glad for radar only map which is more current than customized map (~10-15 minutes).

Storm tracks missing from app AND from web site. The radar I like better than others from Shreveport. BUT the storm tracks have been on this weather app since had an iPhone 4 — who rushed this out to the public? This app has been important when unable to watch local (Shreveport) TV. NEED storm tracks!!!!!!!!

Too many windows that say the same thing
When you click on a lower window , it says “you are watching this video now”.

I want no ads in your app. It’s very frustrating when trying to use the app it takes many minutes of ads before anyone can see information of weather inquiry. I would gladly pay for option of no ads. Please consider making this an option if your customer desires. Thank you for your time.
Covered Up
The latest change brought undesirable changes. On the radar screen you used to have a mode that combined past and future. No longer a choice. I get that you need the advertising but on this version it covers up important information making the page useless. It even covers the map key so unless you’re a meteorologist you don’t know what the different colors mean.

I used to use a different local weather app. That local app changed its format. This local weather app is the format that I like. Thank you for not changing the format.

This app is amazing. Before I go anywhere, I check it. It’s very accurate.
Inaccurate Weather Predictions
I finally deleted this app after having it for years due to the inaccurate weather predictions, it was misleading. I have to travel long distances for work and this app just lead me wrong way too many times when it comes to the weather. I just gave up on it and will use my apple weather app and KTBS weather app from now on. Its so frustrating!

Getting worse
I really miss the old apps. This new update is cluttered with ads and when you’re trying to navigate the app it gets stuck on a screen with no way to go back to the home screen sometimes an update could be a bad decision when trying to load the app with more and more features while taking away important features

Lame to many adds.
I have had this app for over 10 years. But here lately they went add happy. 0/10 super lame. I was more than happy with the one or two adds but now it is way to many can’t even look at the 10 day forecast with out it lagging and crashing due to to many adds. Unfortunately I will be uninstalling this app due to the adds.

Radar hasn’t worked in so long
Use to love this app and it was very accurate. My favorite to use for weather. But the last year or so, the radar has not been accurate. Today the weather cannel app shows a severe thunderstorm headed our way and the KSLA weather app doesn’t show anything headed our way. So disappointed for so long time. I guess it’s time to delete the app

Why can’t I get alerts for Dr MO?
First alert keeps coming on but it is for an area 6 hrs away—Ark ok and LA. I keep putting this area—Cape Girardeau MO but it keeps giving me alerts for the other area.

Thank you for always bringing us such spot-on weather forecasts. We really depend on you when tornadoes are possible since we live in a mobile home. Please keep up the good work not only within this app but on tv as well. Your weather people are The Best👏🏻 ☀️ ⛅️ 🌧️ 💨 🌪️

New update
Since adding the 24 hour radar view it seems there is a delay. Haven’t had accurate radar view since the update. This is very unfortunate because we live in an area known for tornados and hail/strong wind. The 24 hour view is cool, if it actually added value.
