Unable to get tech support
Used to love this app, not today! I cannot comment, like a comment, or even send a help desk ticket to anyone.
Comments system is badly broken
Logging out and logging back in doesn’t help, but every time I submit a comment, the app just says there has been an error. Obviously plenty of other people are able to post comments, so apparently their software is just highly flaky and inconsistent. New stories are good though.

This app is the best place to find local news coverage.
Live?!
It’s very frustrating to try and tune in to a live news broadcast and either get repetitive ads or an onscreen message promising to join the broadcast(but it never does). This app is extremely unreliable.
What did you do to the app?
For about a week now I am no longer able to open the app, even after reinstalling, on my iPad. I click on the icon, the splash screen comes up, then turns to black and kicks me out.

No news
The app works well, it the station itself omits most national stories and even several locals ones. Very biased and self-serving. Do better!
KSL worst app
Almost impossible to watch. Constantly times out says we will be right back. All other news channels in salt lake work great. KSL is my favorite but usually watch another news channel
Great source of news!
While it seems every news source wants to charge for their information, which is understandable, it’s very refreshing to have access to Ksl which delivers top-notch informative stories that help me understand better What is going on around me. It alerts me to both the good and the not so good here in the beautiful State Of Utah. Now, if you guys could just lower the price of homes, I’d be even more excited!

The pages are plastered with ads. The pop ups are most annoying. Offer an ad free option.

Comment Bias
Great news app, however, comment moderators/algorithms are extremely biased with some commenters (like Pioneer47) getting unlimited comments saying anything they want to. There are a handful of far-left commenters that are never censored for their extreme comments.

You guys sensor the comment section more than a Disney G rated movie. It’s ridiculous.
Buggy AARP ad
Everytime I open this app I see an AARP ad and it glitches and doesn’t move on. It has even hijacked my whole phone and I have had to preform a hard off to get my phone to do anything but a weird black screen

Returning to Utah after a 4 year stint in Florida. It's such a relief to be back with the high quality writing, professionalism, and smooth app functionality of KSL.
“Like” button broken!
The “like” button never works for this app—it’s ridiculous. It shouldn’t be this hard. I’ve been a fan for years, but the lack of IT support is terrible.
