Hard to rate a app if the customer service can’t even get in contact or let you used the app 🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️

Thank you for your feedback. Please note that KSMI Weather operates as a closed platform, and access is available only to qualified clients who have a service agreement. This service is not open to the public. Depending on the level of service, if any, some corporate or partner programs may not include app access, and in some cases, a past due balance may also restrict your ability to use the app. If you believe you should have access, please reach out to support@ksmi.ca, and we'll be happy to look up your account and provide further assistance.
