Loving the New Look
I really love the new redesign of the Kent State Mobile app!! The app feels cleaner, faster, and easier to navigate!
This app is annoying
The fact that there’s not resale a back button kinda makes it frustrating. I shouldn’t have to close the app all the time and sign back in only for me to waste time.
Nice, but it needs work.
I downloaded this as an easy way to access flash line. BUT, if I try to launch anything outside of flash line, and wind up on the website, it is IMPOSSIBLE to navigate back to the app. You have to delete it then reinstall.
Needs A Lot Of Work
The app simply leads webpages and does not function as an app. The interface is outdated and old. Kent State should have any DMP majors or anything with graphic design help to rebrand these apps.
Absolutely abysmal
What is the point of this app? Who decided what information should be readily accessible, and why did they decide on providing the bare minimum? This app is clunky, outdated and severely lacking especially as we approach the *third* semester since of school like that has been impacted by COVId. I hope any new updates can be informed by the almost full year of student/faculty experiences that are valid and call for better online tools.

Won’t open
I’ve had issues with this app from the beginning but now, I can’t even open it at all!
Poorly Made
Runs slowly. Navigating is clunky and antiquated. The campus map is barely functional, running a poorly optimized version of google maps. Poor and confusing design decision are common. Lacks quality of life features such and landscape mode and keep me logged in.
Needs to go back
Now that they updated the app you no longer can log in. Was nice and helpful but now it does not even work.
Does not support IPhone XS MAX
The app doesn’t work with the newest released IPhone xs max, when pressed to launch user gets stuck in a blue screen regardless of clearing ram or reinstalling app. Please make an update for xs max user.

Let’s me log in one time then have to uninstall app to log back in.
Looks are Deceiving
Successfully used this app multiple times daily during the spring 2018 semester, however the new update for the 18’-19’ school year is awful. Sure it LOOKS nice, but it would be even better if the features worked. It takes minutes rather than seconds to log in, I have to tap things multiple times before they register, and the bus tracking has become an absolute joke. I follow two routes and no matter how often I restart the app, I’ve maybe actually seen them on the map once. The KSU mobile app is basically worthless now, it needs to revert back to the way it was previously.

Not Good
First day of the fall semester and the servers can not handle everyone getting on at once. Now I have to use the main website to look up my classroom numbers. I’m sure with all the money that is thrown into and wasted at this university, they should be able to fix this.
Minor issues
I wished the app would report time and temperature in the unit of your choice. Like times in my schedule in 24-hour time and temperatures in Celsius.
Crashes every time
During the semester I use the campus Parta lines often, so I was excited to see them claim “improved” bus tracking. This latest update has made it worse! The app crashes every time it’s launched and the one time the bus tracker actually managed to load it looked like an amateur threw it together. I’ve tired to launch the app multiple times with WiFi and my data, and the crashing persists.

E-Mail Issues
The email link takes you out of the app onto the internet to view your email, it used to be in the app and it really annoys me that it’s like that. Please change it back, it’s very inconvenient for a student on the go
