Great App but
I love being able to ship locally via KTA App. BUT your search engine needs improved. Many times when I type into the search it comes up empty.
The app doesn’t talk to the stores
The email and phone number that you use for diamond rewards in store is not linked to the app, therefore the app is useless. The only way to check on rewards is in store. Called the company to report I wasn’t getting my rewards and never heard back so they don’t care about their own customers. KTA may be good in stores but their corporate and Hilo locations don’t have any idea how to run their businesses online. Very poor experience which loses me money because I can’t accurately see prices.

App freezes when opening shopping cart
App always freezes whenever the shopping cart feature is opened. I constantly need to close out the app completely to refresh. It’s frustrating that this glitch has been ongoing for over a month now. I refuse to use this app to place any orders because of this.
The app is fine, the service has tanked
The app is fine, but the service provided has gone down the tubes. I’ve had three orders in the last few months with egregious errors that I was charged for and not only was I never contacted by the company (it used to be they’d call if you indicated a problem with your order) but as far as I can tell the company never refunded my money. They obviously no longer stand behind the service they’re providing and don’t care to bring it back up to the standards they used to have. I won’t be using the service again unless I break my leg, and I absolutely don’t recommend it to anyone on the fence.
