There’s No Search Option
Don’t accidentally click out of something you’re reading because you won’t be able to find it again, because there’s no search option. I had to search for it in my phone’s browser and then click on the story that way. I’d give it 5 stars if it had a search option within the app.

Don’t like the new KTBS plus streaming layout
New site
I do not like the new web site. I liked the other one better.
“New” app
I totally dislike the new look of the app. I also find the new app hard to navigate versus the first time I opened and used the old app. This new app gives an appearance of easier access, however, I have not been able to get it to allow me to see what I want. 👎 😖 😞 I have not had access to a working TV for more than 8 years and use the KTBS app to stay informed. Also when I am traveling I like to watch my local news and watch the evening newscasts. KTBS is in my opinion a great station with great people on staff. I find y’all to be in my opinion an exceptional news source. I’ll figure it out sooner or later however, it’s been a pain in the neck.

News notifications
When I get a notification and click on the notification banner, it goes to another screen that requires me to HUNT for the notification instead of going directly to the notification

Need to fix your technical issues!!
Keep having to delete the app and re download it to even get the app to open up. Works for a day then I have to do the same thing over and over

I would like the option to READ the news. I removed the app because it was only video.

Not everything needs to be a video. Sometimes it’s not appropriate to launch a video in a doctors office for instance. Please give option to read story.

If you're wanting to use for local weather, don't!
The latest update makes it difficult to navigate. It's basically the same as if you went to their website. The interactive radar is no longer available. I am deleting this app and going to only use the KTBS weather app. Bummer.

Channel 3 keeps me advised of all the current news and weather!
Good app.
The alerts keep you informed. But I find it hard to navigate and find items in the app. But overall it's a good app.

Why send a breaking news alert that is just a headline?
Too many ads
The ads In the jail booking that automatically open and take me away from what I was looking at made me stop using this app.
