This app functions so poorly. It has left me stranded due to its inability to connect to my bike, even though my bike can directly connect to my phone
Nav doesn’t work
Navigation no longer works. No multi day planning and no turn by turn navigation on tft screen. Broken

Nothing works
Can’t find my brand new bike’s VIN. It can barely connect to the bike at all.
Invalid VIN. 2026 models are not updated for India.
I am trying to add my bike in to the application from the day of the purchase of my new bike but the database is not updated for the India and because of this delayed update, i am facing issue with the app. I have seen reviewed from so many users who face this issue in the past and KTM India is not working to fix it.

Not worth the hassle
Downloaded the app, connected the phone not a thing on the navigation even tried it Ona different phone to exclude and issue still nothing not worth bothering with get a phone holder and use a reputed app such as Waze etc

I am an enthusiastic user of the KTM Connect app and would like to further enhance my Duke 200 experience. A significant suggestion from my side is that when the KTM Connect app is connected, instead of just displaying the number on the bike's screen during an incoming call, the names saved in the phone should be displayed. This will make identifying the caller even easier.

So... so...
Well... i do saw some complaints in here... but guys... if u got a 2024+ model is a pretty decent app. I didnt paid anything tho and i still got every feature. Specially i like the navigation, is pretty useful from time to time. I barely use it tho since i have a quadlock and i'm all set but still... 🥲 a 1.7 rating is a bit too low for KTM. I mean if u bought a KTM, u most likely liked KTM and to score it this low... is not cool of you 🤷🏻♂️

Dirt Bikes Not Supported
Every single bike I try to add (e.g., 2023 450 XCF-W, 2025 300 XC-W) returns a “Bike model not supported!” error. So the latest model dirt bikes don’t matter? Is that what you’re telling me KTM product management and app engineers? I just want my manuals in one place.

Using iPhone 17 with iOS 26. Everything connects, but when you hit Navigation you get a “something went wrong error “

Maps is not all useful will not able to search for any local places, if integrated with google maps it would be awesome.

KTM didn’t invest any thought
It is nice to have turn by turn directions on the display of the motorcycle; but, there is no actual way to use stored or saved locations from the handlebars. KTM customer service states it is a phone issue, but that seems inaccurate, as it is an issue with any phone. The reality is that not all of the advertised features exist and it is a shame to have paid for features that are not actually existing.
