Wow, the buses and the future are amazing
The APP is poor. Not sure when the bus is going to be coming by my stop. I can’t select my destination to plan my trip.
Only after two other buses drove by, did the M103 actually show up.
With all the hype about your great electric and soon to be hydrogen buses, the app is not even close to equal.
Do not just think that only locals use these buses. You need to make this app for those that don’t know all the rules.

Make the info available stat for bus tracking at home page
Bus location should immediately show.
Apps user no need to switch between dun to semenggoh. Semenggoh to dun. Easier to navigate and plan trip for users. Extra eta show at every bus stop between user gps location and bus station.

Kann sogar den Bus per GPS tracken. Hat alle Haltestellen auf der Karte und funktioniert bei mir auf dem 13 Mini wunderbar
Crashes all the time
Was recommended to use this by our hostel in Kuching. I can’t use any of the features, for tracking the app just crashes and the other menu items remain blank. Guess the last update was 2 years ago.

Not bad but there are rooms for improvement
Prominent routes are offered and most importantly it’s free, buses are relatively consistent and punctual. However, it would’ve been better if there are more bus frequencies, even more routes offered. Many thanks to Sarawak government for this bus service!
