Kudos: Social To-Do List

Kudos is a to-do list you don't keep alone. Write down your day and work through it in the open: the people you follow see today's progress next to yours, streak and all. Completing tasks earns XP, and your daily goal is the day you planned - so the number beside your name is simply how today is really going. A day is harder to let slide when someone will notice, and better to finish when someone will cheer. TODAY, IN ONE SIMPLE LIST Plan days, not projects. Routines and one-time tasks sit together on one board, grouped into morning, afternoon, and evening only when you want them to be. Drag a task to reorder it or to move it to another part of the day, and its reminder follows it there. Type a title and Kudos gives the task an icon, and completing it earns XP. MEET OTHER AMBITIOUS PEOPLE Follow someone by their handle and the board fills in at once - no handshake, no waiting: everyone's day, side by side, starting over each morning. Open a person to see their week and their wins, and leave a kudos on each one - it lands on their phone. Follow each other and you can nudge them too. Keep your own profile open or approve every follower; keep your activity to followers, or to yourself. CHAT AND KEEP EACH OTHER ACCOUNTABLE Message anyone who follows you back, and hear how their day is actually going. Reply to a line, react to it, and see what they have finished without either of you having to report in - every conversation has a page of the work behind it. Messages you write with no signal are sent the moment there is one. FORM ACCOUNTABILITY GROUPS Make a room, name it, and invite the people you are doing this with - by adding them, or by sending one link. Everything you finish shows up there, and so does the ranking: everyone in the room, ordered by the XP they have earned today. It is a small board where being last is noticed, which is the entire point of joining one. FINISHING FEELS LIKE SOMETHING Swipe to complete: the card floods green, the strikethrough draws itself, and confetti flies. Cross the day's goal and the day's biggest celebration plays. On a big day the bar keeps going - 2x, 3x - because some days deserve to be finished more than once. MONTHS OF SHOWING UP Your profile keeps the long view: your level and XP, the streak behind them, this week's chart, and months of history - every day you finished something, in one grid.
