Everything works as expected. I have schedules which trigger reliably. Remote function works seamlessly and has never unpaired

The app just doesnt work.

The app suddenly stopped working. Now it wont let me login- asks for an OTP & when I enter the mobile no., it goes blank. The fan is on a reduced speed on the app, so now with the app not working, I cant change the speed. Regretting buying this fan.

App not letting in login to the app, every time it says to create a profile and much is already created. App is useless

The app is absolute garbage

The app won’t let me connect to my wifi. It keeps asking me to enter my wifi’s name instead of selecting it from a list of options, and when I do, it still doesn’t catch the network and says that the credentials are invalid. The fan keeps glitching and switching off and on by itself. Worst “smart fan” I have ever experienced

Worst company ever

Fan doesn’t even connect to app. Shows fan not genuine. On top of that it doesn’t give any air flow, super slow.

Not able to login.

I’m facing similar issues. Not able to login even after entering OTP. Not sure why company is fixing this problem.

Avoid it

Purchased 8 fin fan thinking i am throwing my bucks for best experience.
Fan started being funny in 2 months, had to change pcb, now app doesn’t work
I could buy 7 bldc fans for the price of this good looking junk

Won’t let me log in.

The app logged me out without any reason. When I try to log back in and enter my phone number, it sends me the OTP. However, when I enter the OTP, it shows an error message that says, “please populate all the fields”. This does not let me login, and I cannot access my account again.

Even after entering the correct OTP, it says complete all the fields. Please correct the App.
