No way to Contact
Several times try to keep in contact with the developer! They couldn’t found the problem. I’m guessing that the problem was that I purchase the app before they change it to subscription, and when I change the phone, the restore button doesn’t work with the full purchase of the app! They offer me a free month! But it didn’t the purchase that i made! So, right now is like I never purchase the app and they ignored my emails!

Trying to reach to the developer but doesnt have it accesible. No info in app, no info in AppStore, the email picsfilm.official@gmail doesn’t work, so, here is my message

The restore button doesn’t work. I purchase the app on September 3 (Order Id MVQLS9QF3K) on my iPhone 8 Plus. I change to an iPhone 11 and im trying to restore the purchase (Pro Version) and it keeps loading and nothing happens)
UPDATE: Sept 10
Now the app is my number one. Love it again. The changes made by the developer after my review was fast! The developer really listen to the users!!!!! Already bought the app, o e thing is that at the end was $1.99, not $1.49. Maybe some typo on the code. Doesn’t matter, the app is great and im in love again!

Love the app, the UI, the simplicity, the filters...rapidly became my favorite, until the new update. This PRO feature is stressfull. Please make a free version and a pay version. I will pay it but please change the PRO features (free if you watch the video ad) I start editing and not finishing it.
Three stars because the new feature is so annoying that needs to be two stars less, but im going to give it four for record! Because after all the app is great, was perfect, my new favorite
