Doesn’t edit videos. Paid for the full version and it was misleading.

I just got this app and paid for it (paid the one time charge) to have all the features because I’m happy with the app and filters, however I can’t get my images to save it keeps giving me an error message saying it failed to save. I have 2TBS of storage, location on when using, and limited access to photos. Can someone assist in getting this fixed or issue me a refund if I can’t save any of my photos?

Saving photo fails very time. Bought premium as well and nothing is working.

This app is amazing. It has everything you need to enhance your images. The app keeps crashing after I edit like 3 photos. Can you please fix it. It begins to freeze.
