Why is the app not streaming at the appropriate time for the match. Match is on but you see it will start streaming hours later

Time Zone
The time zones seem to be messing up when I can watch matches. It’s all messed up. I can’t watch any of the games unless I MANUALLY set the time on my phone to whenever the match starts on the APP even though the match has already started.
