Great design, too limited

I’ve been going through lots of Family Calendar / Family Planner apps this past week, and this one seemed to be the closest to what I’ve been looking for. I start setting it up for the family and quickly realize that you are limited to 5 calendar imports at the premium level. For a family of 5 with kids having multiple activities, it’s just not enough. The premium level has 10 users, so that’s not even one calendar import per user. Otherwise, I found everything else in order. If importing calendars is not a big thing for your family, then I would definitely check it out.

Really happy I found this

Me and my wife have really been enjoying this organizer. It packs a lot of great features into one place which we really appreciate. Support from the creators has been really wonderful and quick as well for a minor name change issue I was having.

Overall, pretty good. Need week option.

The interface is very easy to use. I use it to keep track of chores completed and what needs to be done around the house. The only problem is with the meal planner. It forces the use of the Monday-to-Sunday week rather than the Sunday-to-Saturday week. It would be easier for me to organize my weeks and minimize confusion if I could change my week to a Sunday-to-Saturday week.

Great for a Growing Family!

My husband and I use this app now and love that we can add our dog as a family member! It is so helpful at keeping us organized and we can absolutely see how we will continue to use this as we have children.

The only thing I wish it had was an option to add a calendar like US Holidays, or other options, similar to the iPhone calendar app.

Powerful, Feature-rich Free App

This family organizer has it all, with a responsive developer to boot!! Definitely a must-have app for my family of 7.
Calendar, to- do and shopping lists, chores, meals, and a discord type chat where you can have different "channels" (rooms, topics). It even has a Health section for recording temperatures, medicines, sleep, feedings, etc.

No calendar integration but it has literally everything else so I can work around that.

Mind blowing that it is a free app 😲🤯

Won’t import or sync other calendars

Seemed great at first but can’t import google or other subscribed calendars. Appears can only add events from the app

Latest update doesn’t work in Dark mode on iphone

I love the app but now i have to switch my phone to light mode to use Kukini. This is very inconvenient. Please fix this.

I have a small daycare and this is a game changer!

In love the only thing I wish was different is I wish I could decide if I wanted everyone to get notifications when I add something. It’s quite annoying for 8 other ppl to get a ding Amd a pop up for everything I add. School pick ups drop offs days I have what kid. Even meals ect everyone gets a pop up I wish I could find a way to change that but other then tht this app is amazing!!! Easy to use. I’m in love

Great for Co-Parenting!

Great little app that my family is using to track co-parenting for my daughter. We can keep tabs of what activities she has, who is taking her, who is responsible for grabbing things she needs at the store, etc. Interface is intuitive and not over loaded or bloated. Fantastic!

The only thing that appears to be missing is a notification when someone adds or changes an event, but maybe that can be feedback for future functionality!

I love the interface of this app and the ease of use!!

Things I’d love if they would add..
- add optional timed reminders for the To Do List.. like being able to remind my husband to mow the yard at 9am when he gets off of work.

- being able to add a photo to an event.. like for doctors appt I can take a quick photo of the appt card so that I can be doubly sure that I put in the correct time.

Other than that it’s fabulous!

Finally an app that is perfect for a family. I have searched for and used many apps searching for an app that this app does. I was so unhappy with everyone of them. Hidden Gem!

This app really is a hidden gem. It is very basic, but it’s nice to not have to spend a lot of time organizing your organizing app. This has a lot of potential and of course a huge bonus is all the features are free. Haven’t found any bugs yet, but I’m not concerned. They happen and they get fixed. Everything works as it’s supposed to.

Fantastic App!

This is a really convenient one-stop for getting all the ish together. My business. My husband’s business. Planning stuff for my sister-in-law’s baby shower. Everybody’s schedules, shopping needs, what’s for dinner questions, did we actually get that done or not yet problems. Haven’t found any bugs and I’m already getting so many more features than you get with some of the paid apps. Big, big fan! No ads popping up while I’m just trying to add in a quick thing. It’s excellent

So far, just about perfect.

Very happy with this app! This was my third or so try at finding a good shared notes app, and it’s the only one I didn’t delete in minutes. We are using it to communicate our meal planning for Whole30, but we’re finding several other useful ways to incorporate it into our lives.

Good idea, needs development

It’s a nice idea to have a family info hub and design is pretty streamlined, however if your family is big enough to need this, you’re also going to need more complex functionality. For example, I tried to assign soccer practice for my two oldest sons at the same time I had a shared checkup appt for my two youngest children. I could only assign one child to each event. That’s not helpful for coordinating which parent is going to have which children at which appt/event.

My primary interest here was sharing medical data on the kids (height, weight, recent events such as vomiting/fever/rash, and dosage history, e.g. when/how much Tylenol did the baby get last?). The health page is a very basic log-type entry with no ability to record/track weight for an individual child or specific dosages, etc. aside from a channel designation via hashtag.

Would be useful if more robust.

That makes sense on wanting to assign multiple attendees for an appointment, including marking who the responsible adult will be (particularly if you need to coordinate who's doing drop-off, pick-up, etc.). And that also makes sense on wanting to see the health data segmented by family member. That's actually already available in the app, but it's a little hard to find. We're working on making it more obvious how to navigate to that info. It also sounds like you may want the data entry to be more structured for the health events.
